My Water Bug
I think we picked the perfect pool. Not too big; but, it's big enough to make our little guy happy!Look at that Smile!!!

Rylie got a new pool today. We decided to get a hard plastic one w/ a slide. Turns out it was a perfect fit. Rylie absolutely loves it.
Rylie's Bubble Machine
Rylie loves bubbles. We got him an awesome bubble machine. He just loves it. If you get the grape scented bubbles at Dollar Tree. They smell good!!Daddy & Rye
Rylie's preschool teachers taught him to say "cheese" when taking a picture. I was so tickled to hear him say this. He's saying it here now. He's really making tons of progress!!Tree Didn't Taste Very Good

Crashing the Birthday Party
We went over to the park at WCC last night. Rylie crashed the birthday party they were having. He sat down at the table and made himself right at home. They were so nice. They fixed Rylie a plate of cake and chips and gave him a cup of punch.
Rylie & Jana
This is Rylie with his CBRS worker Jana. She is the best! She has helped Rylie to learn so much and has great patients with him. He really looks forward to all of his visits with Jana.

Rylie had his own laptop for a short while. He loved it and learned a lot w/ his learning software. Until, he decided to throw a tantrum and push it off the table. He busted the screen. Now he has to do without.
Rylie Sledding
We barely got enough snow this year for Rylie to try out sledding. He LOVED it!!! Hopefully, we will get more next year. Rylie was so sad to see it melt away.Mommy & Rye

Rylie has been diagnosed w/ Autism. We currently have Rylie on a special diet {Gluten Free and Casein Free}. He has made great improvement since we started this diet. This photo was taken at Uncle Jackie and Aunt Mary Lou's wedding. We packed Rylie's lunch and took it w/ us. He sat there like a big boy eating his food.Rylie's Preschool Photo

Rylie attended Wilkesboro Baptist Church Preschool this year. He had the BEST teachers. They have made a world of difference in Rylie and will always have a special place in our hearts. We are all sad to see the year end. That's Mrs. Terri holding Rylie and Mrs. Tammy on the other end. They were the best and most patient teachers!

Measuring The TV
Well, mommy can't even wash the dishes w/o little Rye getting into something. He WAS watching Alvin and the Chipmunks. He took his little chair, climbed up into the top drawer of the entertainment center, took the DVD out of the DVD player, and reached up on top of the TV for a small measuring tape. When I no longer heard the TV playing I walked into the living room to see little Rye measuring the TV!!! His daddy said it's his way of telling us he needs a bigger TV.

I know I have not added any new photos of my dear Rylie in a very long time. Upon request, I have decided to start adding new photos again. My little guy is growing up so fast!!! He's no longer the little "budha boy" that he was when I first started this blog.
Rylie is now 2.5 years old. He will turn 3 on September 10th!!! Where has the time gone??? Anyway, I'll add as often as I can. Hope you all enjoy!

Bubble Boy
January 9, 2007. I have bubbles in my tubby tonight. I'm fascinated by the bubbles. Mommy put some on my head; and, I put my face down in them to feel them on my face. Here I am playing with my cup and ball. There's bubbles in my cup too!!

Tubby Fun
January 8, 2007. Here I am playing in the tubby!! Yes, my water is purple thanks to my Curious George Fizzy Tablets Mommy and Daddy got me. I'm also playing with my Elmo Finger Paint/Bubbles that Auntie Lori and Uncie Kurt got me for Christmas. Can you tell how much fun I'm having!! I loved tubbies before; but, now they're even better!!!

January 6, 2007. Here I am with Daddy and Bailey in Daddy's big red truck. It used to be my Daddy's Daddy's truck. I like it. Daddy let me drive it down the road when Mommy went in the house.
Happy Baby
