Rylie watched the rest of the parade and opening ceremony on Mommy's lap. What can I say ... he's Mommy's baby.

We tried to get Spongebob painted on Rylie's hand. Half way through he decided he didn't want to finish and started screaming. Daddy had Spongebob painted on one hand and Patrick on the other to try to change his mind ... didn't work.
